“Palheta Bendita” is a world music festival created by the Cultural Association Tirsense as a result of the teaching and promotion of various popular musical instruments, especially the hurdy-gurdy and bagpipe. This initiative stems from the presence of a popular music school within the community, focusing on the instruction and dissemination of these instruments."
